at 7.00 in the morning we went to christchurch for the te matatini festival. But sadly whaea katie could not make it .The first time in 30yrs the te matatini was held in the south island. We split in 2 school vans and in my van i brought popcorn and te ora brought lollies we were listening to music on my tablet and the class ipad. We had 2 pick mikaere up and her mum terena wanted to come so emille told her to ask whaea michelle she said yes and terena. Wanted to go home and get changed so emille drove her to her house so she got changed and got in the van and ask us girls what coulored earrings was she should wear .Then we were in christchurch and we first got there the adults had to get wrist bands and us kids just had to line up .It was drizzling when we got there and then started pouring down we had no shelter .Then we waited for the gate to open then we went in after the festival had finished we went to mcdonalds. We had to bring $10 for our food .Terena helped us all order and reiceve our meal. She had to get hers in takeaway cause she was helping us all thats our trip.
